Q: the camera is not detected on my thunderbolt screen..it,s connected to a mac book pro 13 inch using a thunderbolt connection ..Can someone help please

My thunderbolt screen says there is no connected camera...conected to 13 inch macbook pro with thunderbolt cable ....can someone please help

I am tring to use face time and skype..there is no green light at the camera as there is on the macbook..

In skype did you set the audio/video preferences for the camera? Also might try doing a smc and pram reset if the camera is not selectable or enabled from skype.
