Hello Support Team,


One of my friend recently purchased an Mac OS, the OS version is Journel. Now there are unable to connect it to broadband device, they will have to upgrade the OS to Lion 10.1. I searched but I am unable to find the OS version that I am looking for.


Could you please suggest, if it is possible to upgrade and assist me with the link from where I can download the OS and upgrade her Desktop.

    This is actually a "community" of fellow users, not Apple's Tech Support Team.


    Also, you are posting in an odd category, for the question you have.  This is the forum for Older Displays & Monitors.  That probably explains why no one has responded.

    the OS version is Journel.

    There is no such version of Mac OS.


    Lion is version 10.7.  The recent previous version are Snow Leopard 10.6, Leopard 10.5, and Tiger 10.4.  Each major release is a separate purchase.  Lion is a purchase and download from the Mac App Store ($29).  The earlier releases were sold on disc.
