TS3173 Does the USB need to stay in the computer every time you start up the windows side or only this once to install it?

So i followed what you said and it worked perfectly thankyou so much. However do you need to keep the USB in everytime you start up the windows section of the computer or will it start up fine once the support software is installed? meaning i can then take out the USB and use it for other things. Cheers in advance.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
