Q: how to sync itouchpod and outlook?

I lost all the contacts, notes and calendars from my itouchpod. How to sync it with the outlook? Outlook does not appear on the info page of my itunes. It all happenend after a computer update yesterday.

What update did you do with your computer? Oulook not appearing on the info pane tends to indicate that iTunes does not see Outlook on the computer.
