Q: My iPhone4 doesn't turn on. What should I do?

My iPhone4 doesn't turn on. What should I do? I spoke to someone, pressed end after we completed our call. I then looked at the screen an hour later and it doesn't turn on or respond to any touches. The electrical outlet isn't able to power it on, neither is my Macbook. What should I do?

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.

Have you tried resetting the iphone?

I tried and it doens't even power on. How can I restore the phone through the internet.

You tried a reset? This is different than restart.
