You have to download and install the iCloud control panel for Windows, or if you have a mac, upgrade to OS X Lion and set this up in System Preferences. See http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html.

Thank you!!! it worked! one last question, some of my pictures in my photostream folder are showing upside down on my computer so i turn them right side up but my computer says it won't save them with the changes i made.. i clicked on it to see why but i don't really know. any suggestions? it says they are in the correct jpeg format..

Its to do with the photo`s META data, windows photo viewer doesn`t read the data correctly so it thinks that the photo is write protected, to get round this download a free picture viewer like xnview which will automatically rotate the image to the correct way up, it then can be saved as a new file or overwrite the oringal.
