Are you using Lion?? The drop outs might not be the TC rather the combo of Lion and poor TC firmware.. since 7.6.

Give some more info.. what signal level are  you getting and how much wireless is around you.

    Try locking the channels..

You need 5.6 utility for lion to do anything useful..

Prior to Lion can be other issues.. but if possible go back to 7.5.2 firmware and do a full factory reset. Give wireless and TC names which are short, no spaces pure alphanumeric.

Change the wireless name and TC name to standard SMB type.

ie short, no spaces, no special characters.. for this test..

    TC name.. TC

    2.4ghz name TC24ghz

    Set a different name for 5gh.. TC5ghz

Use a WPA2 private password.. 8-12 characters.. no spaces no special characters.

    Lock wireless to a/n - b/g

Lock channels.. for 2.4ghz to 1, 6, 11 .. try each in turn.

Lock 5ghz to lowest accepted channel.. usually 40 is default..

If necessary you may need to go back to 7.5.2 firmware.

You have plenty of signal.. are you in NZ.. make sure that is set to the right country.
