Click Account right side of the App Store window and sign in.
In the Account Information window click Edit to the right of Payment Type
Make sure your billing information is correct then click Done.

Hi, thank you for the quick answer, but I've done all of it, and it appears to be the same. It's an error 100 if it could help... I'm on a Macbook 10.6.8. Maybe I should have to reinstall my Mac App Store ? :/
If nothing here helped, installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
Restart your Mac after you install the combo, try the App Store.
