I have replacement ram on the way from OWC and I am hoping that it is a RAM issue because as a college student who goes to Davis. I am hoping someone here can help me either confirm or tell me otherwise what is going on with my computer. I get panics ~every 15mins.

The formatting for panic might be better on macrumors: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1361144

Here it is for viewing on these discussions anyways:

Boot into Safe Mode and see if that fixes the panics. If it does then start by uninstalling all the third-party stuff that installed extensions. The ones in particular are indicated in your log:

Kernel panics are often caused by third-party software, and you have the following third-party kernel extensions installed:

    com.sophos.kext.sav     7.3.0

    com.nvidia.CUDA     1.1.0

    xxx.qnation.PeerGuardian     1.1.9

    com.paceap.kext.pacesupport.snowleopard     5.7.1

    com.AmbrosiaSW.AudioSupport     3.2

The Sophos one I also have, and it hasn't caused me trouble so far.  I'm not at all familiar with the others, though.  You should try removing those, one at a time, and see if the panics go away.  (You can also hold the shift key down at startup to enter Safe Mode, which disables all third-party software like this.  If the problems don't go away, don't bother with this, as it's more likely to be hardware in that case.)

Got me. This type of hardware issue needs other diagnostics to figure out.

Did you ever try booting into safe mode?

OK. Create a new user account. Log into the account with an automatic startup. Does it still panic? If it does, then you need to uninstall all that third-party gunk you have installed as I mentioned much earlier in the topic.
