I can't even get to the "Home" screen. It came in Chinese. The VoiceOver is in Chinese, all the characters are in Chinese, and I can't even get past the opening page upon which is scrolling "Welcome" in all the different languages.
There is automatically some alert in the center of the screen with 3 options, but I can't even read them. When pressed, nothing happens except for a response from the Chinese VoiceOver.
On the bottom of the screen, there is another optionin Chinese with a check-mark next to it. When pressed, only a Chinese response.
Right below that is a pull-down option that, when pressed, does nothing.
It's confusing...I may just have to wait until Customer Service reopens tomorrow.

To set your device up as a new device in factory configuration, connect your device to iTunes and choose "Set up as new."

I just ended up restoring the whole thing.
