Hello,

I'm experiencing an annoying audio delay when watching video clips on my Mac Mini. I'm using headphones connected to the jack output, and I know the clips are in sync, as I have watched them on my windows computer.

I'm not able to figure out what's causing the delay. Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

Hi, no expert here, but which Mini, and does it have the silly integrated Intel Video?

Open Activity Monitor, Show:>All Processes, sort on CPU%, see if anything using too much CPU% when this happens, click on Memory tab, do you have many Pageouts?

Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.

OK, that error is a good clue & known to cause Audio problems.

Are these video clips Flash Based?

Last poster said disabling HW Acceleration cured something.

I've also got an 8GB 2011 Mac Mini and I'm having the same audio issues.
