Apr 22, 2012 2:21 PM in response to zain_023by kostby,Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
Macs are very finicky about RAM.
Even when the technical specs appear to be identical, some brands simply do not work reliably and may cause frequent memory Kernel Panics.
Be certain that you have guaranteed return privileges if the RAM does not work in your computer.
I've purchased several RAM upgrades from OtherWorldComputing (www.macsales.com.) They guarantee the correct RAM for your computer with lifetime replacement. Details: http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/apple/memory/
