    The episodes have disappeared from itunes. Of course I tried a search. Thanks anyway.

    Then contact iTunes customer support... there is nothing that fellow users in this user to user technical support forum can do about it.

    On March 24th, I contacted iTunes because the audio only would download of the HD version of the Sword in the Stone, part 1 episode.  This is the second to last episode of the season.  At first they thought it was my new iPad, becaus itunes said nothing was wrong with the episode.  But, I could recreate the issue on other new iPad's at the store.  When the part 2 episode came out the next week and had the same issue, my customer support person passed on the issue to their technical specialist.  He emailed me last week saying the issue wasn't solved yet.  I took the episodes not being available, this week, as a good sign that they were fixing the problem.  I have emailed him to confirm, and get an update.  I will let you know when I hear back from him.

    I have had the same problem (purchased a Merlin Season 4 season pass and it NOW only shows me up to Episide 11 as purchased) and know that all episodes were there when I purchased the Season 4 pass. It seems quite a few users have this problem and not only has it not been fixed, there also has been no message from Apple explaining what happened or apologizing, let alone offer a refund.

     

    I am surprised to see (to put it mildly) how relatively complacent people are about the fact that (1) someone effectively just took $6 from you without any explanation and (2) Apple's way of dealing with it seems to be to say NOTHING. They obviously have known about this issue for some time now.

     

    I am in what I begin to see as an unfortunate situation to rely on too many Apple products that lately seem to have a number of issues that seem to happen to a lot of users (password resetting anyone?) without any improvement or require cumbersome or drastic measures, like returning to custom settings etc. How about "EASY TO USE"? For itunes, I have learned my lesson and will go back to Netflix or other streaming services in the future.

    I talked to support and since we purchase the entire season of Merlin 4 and the last 2 episodes are officially part of season 4, we will recieve them when the BBC releases them.   I was told to check back in next few weeks.

    When I contacted iTunes support, they replied that they do not know when and if the issue will be resolved, I should check back in a few weeks. They went ahead and reimbursed my payment for the season pass.

    interesting enough, Amazon Instant Video also offers the first 11 episodes only, which leads me to belive that this is not an Apple only issue.
