Try the report a problem link on the email sent to you from Apple ref the order.

Thanks for your response Ashka but this takes me round the same loop i.e. I click the link in the email, iTunes opens and lists my purchases, I click on the report a problem link next to the one I want to query but it just takes me to the 'Hmm. the page you're looking for......' page again?

I'm also trying to report a problem and the links take me in circles, ending up nowhere.
