Q: My apple HD display 30" is only showing 1600x800
I have just bought a new mac mini with the following specifications:
2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 , 8GB 1333MHz DDr3, using Mac OS X 10.7.3
I have a Cinema HD Display 30", and I am not being able to increase the resolucion to 2560x1600 pixels. The screen is connected to the only way the mac mini allows, that is with a HDMI connector.
I am looking to increase the screen resolution to the optimum.
Best regards
Cinema HD Display 30", Mac OS X (10.7.3)

The adapter goes in the Thunderbolt port of the Mac Mini. Be sure to push it in all the way (no metal visible)
Plug the adapter's USB cable into the coomputer and the display's USB and DVI plugs into the adapter.
