It's Siri's ghost.
Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears)
Note: You will not lose any data.

I've only had the phone for 3 days, where are the Sleep/Wake & Home buttons located?
Thx so much. And do you know why that happens?

I figured out the buttons. But it didn't work. Very weird.

Since you only had it for three days, are you sure it different than before?
Well, as long as you have all the functionality, don't worry about it.

Yes. I'm absolutely 100% sure it's different. Believe me, I've spent so much time in the past 3 days setting up my calendar, appointements etc., with her where I can tell.
The old Siri had a warmer tone to her voice, this one sounds robotic. The tone is different, and sorry to say, not quite as intelligent as the other. Having a harder time understanding my commands, with responses such as "I don't understand ......". Where as the other Siri knew what I was talking about.
Will probaly take it back and switch it out since it has only been a few days, but seriously, I hope this does not happen with the next phone after the return period.

Yeah, swap it then since you only had it a short time.
