You will have to go to an apple store and let them reboot your ipod. This has happen to me twice since the IOS 5 update. Anytime I try to resync with iTunes, I recieve an error message and my computer no longer recognized the ipod touch. They will reset it at the apple store. I hope they fix this soon, because it is a pain. I only try to sync once a month now.

P.S. Typing in capital letters and large font with a row of exclamation marks makes people think you are shouting at them which is not the fastest way to get assistance. Providing good background information and a sensible topic means we can provide quick aid without a game of 20 questions and we can quickly spot a topic where we can help.
