Q: My Security questions had been changed without my knowledge, how do I reset them?

The original poster said that the questions HAD been changed, so the email was not "more than likely spam."  The same thing happened to me - the questions on our account are ones that I did not choose and therefore I do not know the correct answers.  How do you reset/change the questions?

Same thing happened to me at 7:43 PM today, it also says it was changed tomorrow...?.  From appleid@id.apple.com.  Thinking its a scam.

I know that my questions were changed.  How do I change them back?  When I try, I'm asked to answer questions that I didn't choose and don't know the answers to.  What should I do?  Thanks

Go to http://expresslane.apple.com  Put in the email:  security questions have been changed by someone other than myself, please reset security questions.  They have to answer each email with in 24 hrs but usually doesn't take that long.

Thanks!  I ended up talking to Apple support, and they reset the questions.  I told the rep that it looks like many people on Apple Support had experienced the same problem.  The rep said it happens every so often (??).

Here is what happened. On the 28th of this month if you or someone else using your account (family member etc) did anything that required them to enter your password they were greeted with a "you must pick security questions" thing. I am sure in all of your cases it was a family member that chose the questions and forgot to tell you about it. As was the case with me! (brother went on my iPad and updated some app with my password/chose security questions and didn't tell me).

Apple didn't get hacked and it's not a bug!

If you are 100% positive no one knows your apple password and this happened then definitely get in contact with apple and change your password right away.
