Apr 16, 2012 8:29 AM in response to Tomcowan66by alanfromnewtownards,I would be more concerned if I forgot the answers! If you cannot remember things then write them down.
Try and speak directly to the organisation behind the questions. I am sure they I'll be helpful.

You are best placed to know whether or not they are case sensitive! Get into the habit of writing all crucial information down. If you give us details of what you are trying to doi, and any messages displayed, we will try nd help!
Are you by any chance trying to sign into your Apple ccount. There is a good chance that your password for that will start with uppercase!

They are with some systems and not with others. I always use caps/LC exactly the same way that I would if I were creating a sentence with proper English. That way, there is nothing to remember. It also helps that I am always careful about correct spelling.

Apr 21, 2012 11:28 AM in response to Tomcowan66by steve359,Buy a fireproof box from Lowes/Target/OfficeDepot ... the heavy plastic kind with a lock. Good for copies of passports/homedeeds/cartitles/etc.
Keep a copy of passwords and security answers for routers/iTunes/emailaccounts in that. All you need to do is keep one of the keys that comes with the box to access the information.

Apr 22, 2012 12:46 PM in response to Tomcowan66by Drewsey_woosey,I tried to download an app from the App store today on my iphone, but mistyped my password. The next time I typed it correctly, I was then asked to answer three security questions to log in to my account - and I'm fairly sure I didn't answer these questions originally! At least two questions had answers I didn't know (and definitely didn't know when I set up my AppleID!). I've just logged into my AppleID account, and the security question is completely different from the ones I was asked on my iPhone - where can I find these questions, and try to rectify the situation?

Apr 30, 2012 7:00 PM in response to Drewsey_wooseyby superjesusfreak96,I am having the same issue today. I received an email sometime last night saying that my security questions had been changed, but I'm not the one who did it. Did you ever get your issue resolved? I looked into another feed on here, and there are over 1000 people who have had the same problem occur in just over a week. I don't know what's going on, but I do know I don't like it.
