Call apple and try to get an appointment at the nearest apple location. If you live out in the middle of nowhere just send it to them and tell them whats going wrong. This happened to me a couple days after I got mine. it turned to the apple screen got frozen and stuck, we took it to the apple store and they said it was old hardware so the guy updated it for free and fixed everything in under 20 minutes.
