Q: Does anyone else have trouble with starting up their Mini?

Mine gives the chime but no video. Then it will appear at random times. I have updated software to no avail. Everything is plugged in and the monitor is on. I am perplexed.

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7.3), Not a Mac monitor
