How do you add new music to your iPod Classic? Via the sync process or by manually managing the iPod's contents?

Are you syncing the iPod to same computer/iTunes library that you always do?  How exactly is it configured to sync music from your iTunes library?  In other words, what options do you have enabled from under the iPod's Summary and Music configuration tabs in iTunes?

    Yes.

Same computer, same itunes. I always sync in automatic (ask for sync all library) and it worked for years. Unfortunately the problem started a week ago. If I put new musics, it works, but if I change any information in old musics, it just ignore the changes.

    Tks

Hmmm.  I have noticed this happened to users over in the iPod Touch forum as well, but this is the first case I have seen with the iPod Classic.  This may be a bit of pain, but can you try removing all music from your iPod and then resyncing it back over to your Classic?

    Found a solution!!

For an unknown reason, ipod doesn´t recognize modifications on existent music. What I've done: Every time I change something in a music (genres, album, etc..) I remove it from Itunes and upload again. Then Ipod considers that it's a new music and sync correctly.

    Thanks for the help.
