AppleTV/iCloud does not recognize me

I have two Apple ID's. The first one is my email address (non-Apple) that I have used as my iTunes/Apple ID for around 10 years now. My other one is a "" address that I obtained when I signed up for the MobileMe service a few years ago.

Now that I have successfully transfered all of my MobileMe stuff over to iCloud (I did this about a month ago--no problem), my iPhone 4S and iPad2 are both signed into my "me" account. I have PhotoStream turned "ON" on both my iPhone 4S and my iPad2. PhotoStream is working great with my iMac, and the pictures are automatically showing up in iPhoto and it's working beautifully.

However, now I am trying to sign into AppleTV in this area:

Internet -> PhotoStream

I am putting in my "me" address, as well as my password. I keep getting a rejection message that says either my user name or password are incorrect.

I just went back to my computer and logged into iCloud using this same user ID and password, just to verify that they are still working--and they are---I was able to instantly log in to iCloud. However, when I put this same user name and password into AppleTV (under Internet -> PhotoStream), I get the rejection notice that my user name and/or password are incorrect.

Can anyone help me to shed some light on this? Thanks!

    I just got my Apple TV yesterday and am having the same problem.  Can sign in to iCloud, but same ID and password do not work for ATV.
