I tried an iWork trial fr what I thought was an updated version, but when I deleted the trial my iWork went too. I have my disks but for some reason they will not load up says I need a product code. I have entered every number I could find still no luck. Please help.
If you mean the retailed discs that you purchased, did you check the discs label or the box it came in to see if the code is listed? You don't mention that you did so.
