I shifted my iTunes library to my TimeCapsule and entered the new path in the settings. But from time to time the settings fall back to the default path (users/...). MacBook OS X 10.5.8 / iTunes 10.6.1. Any ideas?

thx

If the library.itl file is not seen as being available when you start iTunes, iTunes will default back to the internal drive.  This is usually a result of a drive not being on and fully mounted when you start iTunes. I don't know the details of how TimeCapsules work but maybe something to od with the wireless connection makes it temporarily disconnect?

Add the Time Capsule to your Login items in System prefs > User & Accounts.
