Hi, have the 3rd generation iPad with wi-fi and 4G and since about 2 days ago I can not get mail, go into app store or do anything that requires being online.  My 4G function is working perfectly, but the wi-fi function is not.  What can I do?

Hi, have the 3rd generation iPad with wi-fi and 4G and since about 2 days ago I can not get mail, go into app store or do anything that requires being online.  My 4G function is working perfectly, but the wi-fi function is not.  I have reset the network settings on the iPad but this has not helped at all.  I have not changed anything in the last few days - still exactly the same router that worked 100% before, same settings, passwords etc.  Absolutely nothing has changed - the iPad just seems to not be able to connect to wi-fi for some reason.  My husband has the exact same iPad and is encountering the same problem with his - even when he was out of town using wi-fi in the hotel he was staying at.

 

What can I do to fix this problem?
