I had a difficult problem with my iphone that requires over three hundred minutes with tech support. Verizon has told me on numerous occassions that they don't support the iphone, go to Apple. But now Verizon is charging my over $200 in overage charges! Have others had this problem?
I don't think that charge is for there help. Could possible be due to overage on your data plan. Don't know what your plan is, but see if you can log into Verizon and look at your billing statement. It should give you details of what the overage charges was for.
