I am using a Airport Utility version 5.5.3 and it seems that I do not have the capability of creating a guest network option tab

Is this on another version utility?

AirPort Utility v5.x should have this option ONLY if the AirPort is NOT configured as a bridge. That is, Connection Sharing does not equal: Off (Bridge Mode). What is yours configured as?

    Configured as Bridge.

Unfortunately, the Guest network feature is NOT available when the AirPort is in bridge mode and why you are not seeing it as an option in the AirPort Utility.

In order to enable Guest networking, the AirPort Extreme must be configured as your "main" Internet router. In this configuration, Connection Sharing = Share a Public IP address. The Extreme would be connected directly to the Internet modem and NOT downstream of another router with NAT enabled.

In this configuration, the Guest network would provide access ONLY to the Internet and NOT to your LAN.
