Pages will only render the lower left 1/4 of a page.  It doesn't matter where or when the document was created, whether it is new or old.  I have removed the plist file, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Pages.  Nothing helps.

Pages, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Does it work properly in another User Account?

    Jerrold-

It acts the same way in other user accounts.   I even created a new test account and it acts the same way.

That rules out plist files. Did you update Pages after reinstalling? All your other apps working ok, like Text Edit for instance?

Have you restarted the computer, repaired permissions, cleared the font cache, you know, all the usual suspects?

    Jerrold-

Again, thank you for your assistance.

It appears to be iWork related.  I don't use Numbers or Keynote much and hadn't for a bit.  I tried them and they have the same problem.

Text Edit works fine as do all of the other programs I have tried. Only Pages, Numbers and Keynote are affected.

I have repaired permissions, cleared the font cache, restarted and still no joy.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks.

The shotgun approach, and not a bad one at that, would be to download the OnyX maintenance utility and run the Automation sequence to check, repair and clear out everything that tends to become corrupted over time. After that, if you still don't have any luck, delete, reinstall and update iWork again.
