TS3297 Purchased song, but the song was mislabeled and therefore the wrong song

I purchased the Monkees' song "Circle Sky (live version)" - track 16, not the other version of the same song, track 4- from the album "Head", but unfortunately did not preview in advance. The download turned out to be the song "you and I" from a completely different monkees album "instant replay."  Does anyone know how I might get a refund for this or just get the correct song...which might be difficult, since it apparently is not even there!  I found a comment referring to this problem under reviews for the album but that was after the fact.  Any ideas? Thanks!
