I have just bought iPad3 and cannot synch.

The problem seems to be that my iloud ID is not the primary one that is my Apple ID, in other words, iCloud sees me as a .me account whereas my Apple ID that I use is my primary email address.

I cannot find how to change from .me to my other email address.

   Would appreciate help and advise.

    All this is handled at appleid.apple.com where you can go an dupdate your account details

    Thanks but sadly it doesn't.

    I have been there several times.  I log in with the correct Apple ID BUT it doesn't change it in the Cloud section of my iMac System Preferences which is where the problem seem to lie.

       The problem is that on the Mac it shows an .me ID but I use another ID everwhere else and it is the .me address I need to be able to change.
