hi in sweden we have rules that if someone bought somting that we have three years right to make the garanty longer and its name is (reklamation)

when i bought my iphone i fel that the home bottom is abit lose and after ten monthes the bottom startet to not working correctly and when i wanted to use my garanty they said beacuse i have a very small crack on my iphone i cant. and the bottom, didnt cause it!

what should i do now ?

    You physically damaged the phone. It doesn't matter whether you believe that caused the problem or not. The fact is, you voided the warranty when you accidentally damaged the phone. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or abuse.


    Pay the fee for an out of warranty replacement and learn to take better care of expensive electronics.

    It doesn't matter. You broke the phone. Whether or not the damage you caused had anything to do with the fault is irrelevant.
