Yes, background with lines. Looks like this lines is vibrate or tremble. And on zoom in or zoom out this image the lines begin to vibrate something differently.

Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store to have the machine tested.
Back up all data on the internal drive(s) before you hand over your computer to anyone. If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros (do this only if you know how to restore, and you have at least two independent backups.) Don’t erase the Lion recovery partition, if present.

A little problem with this: I live in Ukraine, there is no Apple Store
Somebody can look image, that I uploaded, on Mac with display similar with my(Macbook Pro 13" Late 2011)? I hope, this "vibration" is just specialty of this model display.

I went to an electronics store that also sells Apple in our city. The seller told me that it was an optical illusion, and all I need to calibrate the color profile. The problem is gone =)
