This fixed my issue
Deleted the folder with the downloaded movie in Windows Explorer. Then after i start iTunes again the file was downloading properly.
You can find the folder where the movies are downloaded by going to Edit/Preferences/Advanced. There you can see the iTunes Media folder location. There will be a folder calle Movies under the root folder of the iTunes Media folder location. HTH
