My 9 month old iPhone 4 began chirping while charging last week. Happened at home, at work and at an out of state home away from home. Charge was at 100% at midnight and 57% next morning without using. Verizon could not get it to replicate in store but ordered replacement phone. Restored data to new phone yesterday and the same thing is happening with the new phone charging today. Plugged in to USB port and charging quietly.
Verizon thought my charger was too hot but doesn't have replacements. Thought I had too many apps open or potentially one of my apps was the problem. Replaced the phone but clearly the phone wasn't the problem........ Ideas.
