text message saying I am winner and have 24 hrs to claim my prize. Who did this come from, where did they get my number, and how do they know I have an iphone.

    It's a scam, just delete it.

    If you never entered a lottery or drawing (you should remember if you did), then do not respond to their un-solicited "you won" emails.  That action only tells them that your e-mail address is a valid and used address and you would get hundreds of other bogus emails.  Do not even send a "do not send ever again" as that is also a response.


    These emails are sent to all combinations email addresses and prey on those who cannot understand the concept of "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".
