thank you - but therein lies the problem - in the express lane is not listed my notto be registered IMac - other problems lead to paid support - recall is quite funny,it rings and a machine tells me that the subscriber is not reachable . Written waysto describe the event there is not.
I have the choice of a paid support ticket - or to apply for a special case. In the special case, I can then select the options in any way lead to the problem andrequire information that I can not do, because it is so is a different problem.
That there is no way for a mail support is something which I think is absolutely bad for Apple, because obviously there are problems not directly related to a product but are related to the use of service and registration. So I'll continueanyway and am not be forced to wait to buy a new MBP, because I'm just gonna go free support and can address the problem.
I think the support - especially for such problems do not end when you sell a product and 90 days are over. The problem is not with me, but at Apple and Iexpect the deal for the price of its products to the customer.
And both the forum as a large part of the supports must take place in English, isalso not very user friendly.
After all, the products are also sold in Germany, so you can expect German help.

Then, all I can suggest is to write a letter and send it off to:
