Can not register my iMac -- but I don´t have any Apple-ID

Unfortunately it is not possible to reach the Apple Support via email, even if the error is clearly not the user.

 

I have the original receipt of my Imacs - possessed two Apple ID - with myequipment since 1 Mac had registered only under an ID. Nevertheless, I havetwo ID's checked at registration.

 

It is not possible for me to register the iMac in the support profile. I will be shown,the device is already registered under a different ID. Within my accounts can Iinclude the serial number but for a fee Express Lane case and it is ticked as registered. Might actually go even if I can not register.

 

Since I am the owner of both the iMac as well as the original bill, and I willcertainly sign up for a sale, a new buyer, the device - it is important to me to make the registry clean.

 

This feels but no one in charge at Apple, and it also provides no contact, tojustify the things most certainly not paid support.

 

Does anybody advice - otherwise I have to fix it through a lawyer.

    https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do and have them call you. Explain the situation and they should be able to fix the problem.
