Two finger zoom in and out does not work most of the time. The two finger tap does work. Why does the two finger zoom not work. Checked settings and it is on.

Q: The two finger enlarging works sometimes and does not work other. What to do.
It only works in some Apple applications. For example, it works in Safari but not Firefox.
Always in Safari. Works sometimes on the same article and sometimes does not work.
