I just googled and noticed that there are a few reports of Kaspersky Internet Security causing internet connection issues. May be you want to check that out?

Thank you so much for caring. O.K., I deinstall the Kaspersky programm, iTunes works, I install the Kaspersky programm again (need protection) and iTunes will not work again or will iTunes work then correctly ?

If iTunes works after uninstalling Kaspersky, you may need to bring this up with Kaspersky and see if they have any updates or fix for this issue. Otherwise, you can always switch to another anitivirus program.
I know you have paid for the subscription but there are many equally good and free anti-virus programs available for download. A very good free one is AVG Anti-virus free edition 2012 which I have been using for years without major issues. You can download from here:

O.K., I´ll try it tomorrow, because it is a little bit late here in Germany and I have to get up very early tomorrow.
By the way: I used the (free) Avira-Antivir Programm, but the protection was horrible. I caught a virus and only the Kaspersky programm could handle it...

I turned down the Kaspersky control about the internet connections to a minimun (web-data-traffic), and the sync works... today. I´ll try again tomorrow and we will see, if this is the solution to it all.

FYI, Apple released an iOS update 2 days ago and I did the iTunes sync today without having any issues.

the iOS uptdate did not help, but the turning down of the the Kaspersky control about the internet connections to a minimun (web-data-traffic) helped. Now the sync works perfectly. Thanks again for all your help !
