Do you have a question or are you just letting us know what's happening? If the former, nobody can help you if you dont provide any details.

How do you know your web server won't run? What have you tried to make it run?

From System Prefs clicking on Web Shareing wont start.
From the terminal attempting to run httpd gives me:
iBookWiz:~ steve$ sudo httpd
httpd: Syntax error on line 117 of /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/libexec/apache2/mod_fastcgi.so into server: dlopen(/usr/libexec/apache2/mod_fastcgi.so, 10): image not found

You must have made some customizations to Apache and saved them in the wrong place. Now they are gone. You will have to build a new copy of fastcgi.so and install it. This time, I suggest installing into /usr/local/libexec instead.

Comment out line 117 of httpd.conf and then try again. If you need that module then do as etresoft suggests.
