Really all you can do is learn to live with it or take it back. You can check with an authorized repair facility and see what they say, just make sure it's an official APple repair center or using them will void the rest of your factory warranty.

Tell them there's dust under the glass. I've never dealt with them but they should exchange it. If they refuse to do so then you'll need to deal with Apple. It should be covered under manufacturer's defects, but each retailer can handle things as they wish to a certain degree.

If you are unhappy with this issue there is nothing anyone can tell you but to return the iPad for replacement. iPads are very difficult to open. Apple does not repair iPads, Apple only replaces them. Replace the iPad or ignore the tiny flaw.'09 Mac mini, iPad 2, iPhone 4S, Mac OS X (10.7.3), iOS (5.0.1) Mac fanboi since 1984!
