    It is easy...
    Get into System Prefrences on your Mac then get into iCloud...

    There firstly configure your Apple Account...
    If already done, then put a tick mark on Calenders...
    Now get into Settings on your iPad and then go to iCloud...
    Again configure your Apple ID if not done...

    If done put ON besides Calenders...

    BINGO!!!

    Your iCal on Mac now automatically syncronizes with your Calenders on iPad!!! XD
