May 9, 2012 6:22 PM in response to Clloyd88by Frank Caggiano,Are you referring to the serial number? If so make sure you're entering it correctly. Given the length of the serial number and the similarities between O and 0 and 1 and l it's easy to make a mistake.
See Troubleshooting Professional Application Serial Numbers and if that doesn't help try Pro Application Replacement Serial Numbers for a way to get a new number.
