Sign in when prompted then click on password and security on the left. If you'll answer the questions correctly, you'll see the questions and other infos on the page.
One more thing, I don't think we can give our own questions like before. You can contact support for more info.

Tried that... cannot answer the questions correctly. There is no option to reset the questions/answers either. I read some other posts that said to fix this I had to have my questions reset, but to do this that person had to give up a bunch of personal information over email to a third part help desk. Not exactly the best way to handle this type of thing. Looks like I will just wait until I get home from Afghanistan and call Apple or go to the store. What a pain in the butt!

Opened a help ticket under iTunes account security management. I chose the chat option... It has been 30 minutes and still no "advisor" has connected to my chat request.
Apple is losing a customer right now... I wonder if they even care?

O'kay... it has been about an hour now. The message says "
All AppleCare iTunes Store Advisors are busy taking other chats. An AppleCare Advisor will join this chat shortly.
Thank you for your patience. "
Well my patience has just reached it's done point. So, thank you for nothing and if this is how Apple is going to handle account security and customer service regarding account security... looks like I will be getting some android devices from now on. It is a shame that they have blundered this badly as I see a lot of posts lately about this same issue. Doubtful any one at Apple will read this and sad that they have turned into Big Blue themselves.

So what's the answer?
If you can't answer the original questions you can't change them, dumb.
