Q: cancel netflix

Go to Netflix's web site.  You do not cancel it through Apple.

Unfortunate that people are giving incorrect answers here. To cancel a free trial of Netflix through Itunes, do the following (I'm using a Windows PC):

1. Open Itunes.

2. Click on 'Itunes Store' on the left panel

3. Click on 'Account' under the 'Quick Links' section

4. Scroll down to 'Subscriptions' in the 'Settings' section

5. Click on 'Manage'

6. Change the auto-renew to 'Off".

7. Click 'Done'.

Maybe it's UK only, but they launched a way for you to sign up to Netflix via itunes or on the AppleTV using your AppleID - I already had an account via Netflix website, just wondering if any Uk users signed up via itunes and can cancel there.

Any idea if that still works once the trial is over?

In the US, Kayvon's solution worked for me.  I signed up for netflix on Apple TV and the Netflix site would not let me cancel.

Yes it works fine. I had the free trial plus one month paid. Cancellation is exactly as described by kayvon.

Kayvons answer works perfectly in the UK. I had been trying to cancel on the netflix site, no joy, through iTunes worked, plus you are able to subscribe again, if you want to, later on.

The problem is that the netflix was linked to my Brother account when i logged in my apple tv. The result is that i can not seen the subscrition under my account. I will asked to my Brother to do this task for me, but it is really a shame of netflix that i can't to it by my mac. Anyway, thanks for the post
