Sounds like your headset is not in pairing (discoverable) mode.

Just did a quick google search on the headset you said you have.

The bottom line would appear to be that it is a cheap, krappy, knockoff of a Jawbone that gets consistently lousy reviews everywhere.  Based on the reviews I'm seeing, I'm amazed it works with anything at all.

Throw it in the trash and spend the money on a decent headset.

Gee,, when you say it like that, it sounds like I got it from someone's trunk, and I got a free cup of soup with it. Or Maybe you meant to say that it is not compatible with the Apple and maybe choose a better device. In any case thanks for doing the research and I'll consider a better headset.

What I meant to say is it's a piece of junk.  Any bluetooth headset you can buy brand new for $12 on Amazon is most likely not very good.

Sorry, don't take it personally. But you get what you pay for.

He meant to say that it's not compatable with anything.  The bottom line is that the problem is in the headset, not the iPhone.  If you want something that works, you'll need something else.  I guess you could take your chances and get it replaced with another same unit.
