    If you purchased and downloaded Lion from the Appstore on the iMac, Sign into the MacApp store using the same AppleID on the Macbook.  Look in the Purchased tab and it sould be available for download.

     

    You'll need to have 10.6.8 on your macbook first as App store support isn't available on 10.5

    If you just downloaded it and didn't install it, then it will be in your Applications folder, just move it to the other Mac and run it.

    If you already installed on the first Mac, then it is gone and you'll have to download again as captfred suggested.
