iOS: Troubleshooting backup issues in iTunes
The first backup takes a long time. Subsequent backups are incremental and should take less time unless you have a lot of new information to backup.

May 13, 2012 2:35 AMby Ict lover,Thanks I have now restarted it and now it work at all it comes up with an error message saying 'ITunes was unable to load data class information from sync services. Reconnect or try again later' I have reconnected and tried again later do now I don't know what to do

One more question next to the eject button is another circle with a triangle that contains a ! What is it? I'm sure it's nothing but I just wanted to check as I don't want to click it and my IPod blows up.
