Please use Mail Setup, Troubleshooting etc.. to learn how to troubleshoot the issue. When I ran into similar situations the issue was fixed by re-inputting the accout settings even though they appeared OK. It's possible one or more has become corrupt. Prior to beginning I'd recommend restarting the computer in Safe Mode, this will clear some caches, it's possible one or more may have become corrupt.
