if you recently bought Aperture, you probably have version 3.2.3.
This requiresMacOS 10.6.8 or 10.7.2 or later, see the Tech specs http://www.apple.com/aperture/specs/
Only earlier Aperture 3 versions would run on Leopard, e.g. Aperture 3.1.1, see http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1315
But I have no idea how to obtain an installer for an earlier version now, sorry.

Hi, sorry to bring this topic up again.
I have now installed Snow Leopard, but I'm still unable to install Aperture. When I open the App Store, I get a message saying that I need OSX 10.7.4.
I tried a search to find out where to download an older version of Aperture, with no success.
May anyone please help me on this?

That is because the Mac App Store is only selling Aperture 3.3, and it only runs on 10.7.4 or higher.
Have you upgraded the Aperture on your other Mac with Lion. If not, perhaps someone can suggest a way to capture what previously was downloaded from the app store -- but I don't know the answer to that.

It has been discussed, but no easy solution -- see:
